Data Changes Overview

The Monitoring page allows users to keep an overview for all data changes done in the whole program (e.g. personal information edited, status changes, payments done, data import, etc.).

Who can perform actions in this page?

All users, except View users, can perform this action. Deletion is however restricted to Program Admin, CVA Manager and Finance Manager.
Additional users may be granted only View permission on this page. Learn more about Users & Roles


Accessing the Data changes SectionΒΆ

  • Go to the Program.
  • Navigate to the Monitoring page.
  • Select the Data changes tab.
  • The table will show a number of information for each record: Field changed, Reg. #, Old value, New value, Changed by, Date and time and Change reason.

Monitor Data ChangesΒΆ

In the Data changes tab, you can view all modifications made across the entire program and filter items based on the specific information you want to review.

  • On the table, you can read all columns names;
  • Columns with the filter symbol can be filtered by selecting the value;
  • The other columns can be reorganised by clicking on the column name.

To view further details:

  • Click on the 3 dots menu at the end of the row,
  • Open a new tab.
