Basic Program Information

Basic Program Information

In the Basic Information table, you can either enable Use "validation" in this program (1) or Use "scope" in this program (2). After saving, these settings are shown as Enable validation and Enable scope.

1. Use Validation in this program

Enabling validation adds an extra registration status, Validated, and the Validate action on the Registrations page.

An offline validation form can be linked to your program. This form is developed in collaboration with your IM team and our support team. It can be used after registration is completed—for example, for random sampling validation or in programs where registrations must be verified before specific actions, such as SIM card distribution or identity confirmation during QR code distribution.

The validation form consists of a set of verification questions that need to be configured according to your program's requirements.

Setting up the validation form

Enabling this feature does not automatically create the validation form. To set it up, please contact our support team. We recommend that the form be configured at least seven working days before field deployment.

2. Use Scope in the program

The Scope defines the specific grouping a user is associated with. For example, the Netherlands Red Cross has multiple local branches by region. Each of these branches has its own scope within the 121 platform. This ensures that users from a particular branch can only access data or registrations related to their own branch.

If you’d like to set up scopes, our support team can assist you with the setup. You’ll need to provide the grouping you want to use. This will be integrated into your registration form to ensure that all data is correctly linked to the appropriate scope. Once configured, you’ll be able to assign scopes to individual users on the program team page.

Program Budget

In the second table Budget, you will find the budget and payment-related details for your program. During the program, you may need to adjust the budget (Funds available), the Fixed transfer value, the Number of distributions per registration, or the program's Currency. These settings can be modified at any time. All changes made on the Budget page take effect immediately and apply to the entire registration list.

  • Click on Edit on the top right of the Budget table;
  • Edit the necessary information such as currency, fixed transfer value, and FSP;
  • Save your changes;
  • All fields marked with a star (*) are compulsory.

Note

Only the Program Admin can add or remove FSPs in the Financial service providers field. You cannot remove an FSP that is still used by registrations.
