What if I see empty page

The Registrations table can be empty for the following reasons:

No new registration imported

There is no new registration. The table shows Welcome to followed by the name of your program, and the message "There are no registrations in this program yet."

No Internet Connection

If you are using a KoboToolbox form or an alternative registration form but do not have access to the internet, the list may still need to be updated. Although the registration tool can be used offline, an internet connection is required to start importing the registration list into the 121 platform.

To start importing the registration list:

  • Connect to an internet network;
  • Start the upload with the Kobo form;
  • Once done, refresh the registration page in your program.

Filters may be applied to the list

There may be some filters applied to the table that might mean the registrations are not being shown. In that case, the table shows No results and the message "There are no records that match the selected filters, clear some or all filters to continue."

  • Check that the filter and search bar are empty;
  • If a column filter is active (highlighted icon in the column header), click Clear filters on the top right of your table or below the message. Clear Filters

Blank page

In case the page is fully blank and does not show the registration column, there may be a technical issue. Please contact our support team to help fix the issue.
