Finding registrations

  1. Go to the Registrations page at the top. You will see the registrations table.
  2. There are two ways to find a registration:
    • Quick search
    • Column filtering

To use quick search, click the search icon () in the top-right corner of the table. You can now search through most columns.

Quick search works for most, but not all columns. If you cannot find what you need, use column filtering.

Column filtering

You can filter each column in the table by clicking the filter icon () next to the column header.

Lookup by phone number from a helpdesk tool

Your organization may link a helpdesk tool to the 121 Portal. When you receive a task in that tool, it can open the 121 Portal on a lookup page for the caller's phone number. This page shows the registrations with this phone number or WhatsApp number, in the programs and scope you have access to:

  • If one registration is found, its registration profile opens directly;
  • If more registrations are found, a banner shows how many were found with this number. Click a tab (registration name and program) to open each registration;
  • If nothing is found, a message says that no information was found in the programs you have access to.
